I’m excited to share that my short story, THE HEMLOCK HOUSE, was just selected as a semifinalist in the Write Michigan Short Story Contest.
THE HEMLOCK HOUSE follows Amber and Nelson as they rent a cabin in Northern Michigan in an attempt to break Amber out of her writing slump. She ends up finding some unexpected inspiration for her story and soon discovers that things aren’t always as they seem.
Along with the Judges’ Choice winner, there will also be a Readers’ Choice winner. Voting ends February 6th and winners are announced in late February. If you’d like to read and vote for the story, follow the link below.
